Hi!!! I am Marti Baghel – Your Personal Fitness Trainer. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates Instructor (NESTA), Resistance Training Specialist. I am also a Member of Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals.
I am very passionate about fitness and about your success of personal fitness. I will always motivate you in every aspect of fitness and health to become successful and achieve all your fitness goals.

I am a Certified Personal "Fitness" Trainer that's also certified in Mat Pilates, Sports Injuries, Body Biomechanics, Lifestyle & Weight management specialist. I have good experience in Sports, Fitness and Exercise Rehabilitation. I have been training fitness loving people at the gym and in home for many years.

As a Certified Personal Trainer my job will be to educate, motivate, and help people reach their personal fitness goals. My personal training sessions are designed to help you get the most out of your workout-whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness participant. I can help you in reducing weight, muscle tone-up or improving overall fitness, I can create a specialized personal fitness program focusing on your fitness need.
